A membership where the money stays yours - not another subscription.

Neiber books window cleaning and lawn aeration for Ottawa homes, online at posted prices - no door knocks, no quote games. Most home-service companies want you to buy a bundle you may not need. We do the opposite: your membership sets aside a small amount each month, and you spend it on whichever service your home actually needs, whenever you need it.

Your monthly membership payment builds your Neiber Balance. When it's time for window cleaning, aeration, or gutter work, you redeem from that pot at member prices. No forced schedule and no unused visits. Unused Balance stays yours and can be withdrawn once nothing is owed.

If you want to save even more, a membership lets you book alongside a neighbour. Everyone in a Neiber Chain saves 10 to 15%, and the person who starts the chain earns up to $35 in Credits once their own visit and one more in the chain are done.
