About Neiber
A home-care fund, not another subscription.
Most home-service companies want you to buy a bundle you may not need. Neiber does the opposite: we help you set aside a small amount each month, and you spend it on whichever service your home actually needs, whenever you need it.
Your monthly contribution builds your Neiber Balance. When it's time for window cleaning, aeration, or gutter work, you redeem from that pot at retail price. No forced schedule, no unused visits, no cancellation fee if you stop.
If you want to save even more, book alongside a neighbour - everyone in your Neiber Chain saves up to 15%, and the person who starts the chain earns Credits for each home that joins.
Stay six months and Neiber doubles your first-6-months contributions as Credits - our way of saying we're in this with you for the long haul.
Where we're based
Neiber Property Services is based in Ottawa. We currently serve homes across Ottawa neighbourhoods - Rockcliffe Park to Manotick, Westboro to Beacon Heights, and everywhere in between. If your address is outside our current coverage area, you can join the waitlist and we'll let you know when we expand.
