Neiber books window cleaning, gutter cleaning and lawn aeration for Ottawa homes, online at posted prices - no door knocks, no quote games. A membership sets a little aside each month into a Balance that stays yours, and when members on your street book the same service on the same day, each of them saves 10 to 15%. Every visit ends with photos and notes on your home record.

Your monthly membership payment tops up a spendable Neiber Balance. That Balance covers any Neiber service at retail price. Nothing is bundled - you decide what to book and when. Balance never expires; if you cancel monthly billing, whatever Balance you contributed is still yours to spend.

Balance is your money - the part you haven't used stays yours and can be withdrawn once nothing is owed. Credits are bonus money you earn from Chain leadership and referrals. Both spend on services the same way; Credits just aren't refundable in cash.

Plans are built for your home, not picked off a shelf. Choose the services you want and how often - windows, lawn, or both - and we price a year of upkeep for your home. When you join, you pay for your first visit in full. The rest of the year is split into a monthly contribution that starts 30 days later and tops up your Balance. If you have had a one-off visit and paid for it in full, you can turn it into a plan with no visit to pay up front. See example prices.

A Neiber Chain is a membership benefit: a group of members within 1 km booking the same service on the same day. Each home in the chain saves 10% (2 homes) or 15% (3+ homes). Joining or starting one needs an active membership. The member who starts the chain earns Credits once their own visit and at least one more in the chain are done: up to $35, paid once every visit in the chain is done and no later than two weeks after the last one.

Yes, any time. Cancel monthly billing anytime: if a visit on your plan is still being paid off, whether you have had it or it is booked, you settle that first and the plan ends once the payment lands. Your Balance stays yours to spend on any Neiber service. And if you'd rather have the money back, request a withdrawal from Savings & Credits and we send the unused amount to your card. Balance already spent on a service, or reserved for a booked visit, isn't withdrawable, and nothing can be withdrawn while anything is owed.

No - your Balance sits there until you want to use it. If a service you want isn't listed, tell us and we'll look into adding it.
