Your monthly membership payment tops up a spendable Neiber Balance. That Balance covers any Neiber service at retail price. Nothing is bundled - you decide what to book and when. Balance never expires; if you cancel monthly billing, whatever Balance you contributed is still yours to spend.

Balance is your money - the part you haven't used is yours to withdraw whenever you like. Credits are bonus money you earn from Chain leadership and referrals. Both spend on services the same way; Credits just aren't refundable in cash.

Plans are built for your home, not picked off a shelf. Choose the services you want and how often - windows, lawn, or both - and we price a year of upkeep for your home, then split it into a monthly contribution that tops up your Balance. A Neiber Chain is a membership benefit: a group of members within 1 km booking the same service on the same day. Each home in the chain saves 10% (2 homes) or 15% (3+ homes). Joining or starting one needs an active membership. The member who starts the chain earns up to $35 in Credits, paid the day after service.

Yes, any time. Cancel monthly billing anytime - your Balance stays yours to spend on any Neiber service. And if you'd rather have the money back, request a withdrawal from Savings & Credits and we send the unused amount to your card. Balance already spent on a service, or reserved for a booked visit, isn't withdrawable.

No - your Balance sits there until you want to use it. If a service you want isn't listed, tell us and we'll look into adding it.

Not happy? We return and put it right - free. Tap Something not right? on the booking, or reply to your booking confirmation email, and we'll arrange the return visit.
